A wrapping machine that rotates around goods with a swingable arm, utilizing an up-and-down walking film frame system to wrap the goods. The wrapping method rotating around the product can reduce loosening between products, making it more suitable for lighter, taller goods that are unstable after stacking or for over-weight goods. Its application range is very wide. Moreover, it can be connected to a conveying line as needed, to meet the requirements of assembly line operations.
The pre-stretch film frame mechanism stretches the film to the predetermined "stretch ratio" and wraps it around the palletized goods. Its advantages include even film application, attractive packaging appearance, strong adaptability (suitable for ultra-light and ultra-high goods), and a 30-50% reduction in material consumption compared to "resistant stretch" types under the same conditions.
