A wrapping device that rotates around the goods with a rotating jib, utilizing an up-and-down walking film carriage system to wrap the goods. The wrapping method rotating around the product can reduce loosening between products, making it more suitable for lighter, taller products that are unstable after stacking, or for over-weight goods, with a wide range of applicability. Additionally, it can be connected to conveyors as needed, to accommodate the requirements of assembly line operations.
The pre-stretch film frame mechanism stretches the film according to the pre-set "stretch ratio" and wraps it around the palletized goods. Its advantages include even film spreading, attractive packaging, high adaptability (suitable for ultra-light and ultra-high loads), and a 30-50% reduction in material consumption compared to "resistant stretch" types under the same conditions.
