A wrapping machine that rotates around goods using a pivoting jib, utilizing an upward and downward walking web system to wrap the goods. The rotating packaging method around the product reduces movement between items, making it ideal for lighter, taller goods that become unstable after stacking, or for over-weight items. Its application range is extensive. Moreover, it can be connected to a conveying line as needed, to accommodate assembly line operations.
The pre-stretch film frame mechanism stretches the film according to a pre-set "stretch ratio" and wraps it around the palletized goods. Its advantages include even film distribution, attractive packaging, and high adaptability (suitable for ultra-light and ultra-heavy goods), plus it saves 30-50% of materials compared to "resistant stretch" films under the same conditions.
