A wrapping machine that rotates around goods with a rotating jib, utilizing an upward/downward walking film carriage system to wrap the goods. The rotating wrapping method around the product reduces loosening between items, making it more suitable for lightweight, tall products that are unstable after stacking or for over-weight goods. Its application range is extensive. Additionally, it can be connected to conveying lines as needed to meet the requirements of continuous production lines.
The pre-stretch film frame mechanism stretches the film according to the pre-set "stretch ratio" and wraps it around the palletized goods. Its advantages include even film distribution, attractive packaging appearance, high adaptability (suitable for both ultra-light and ultra-heavy goods), and a 30-50% reduction in material consumption compared to "resistant to stretching" films under the same conditions.
