5. Suitable for spraying hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, water, and other media.
Asphalt Spraying Truck achieves asphalt spraying through the above steps
(1) Small circulation: This feature allows for the limited movement of heat transfer oil within the asphalt tank, preventing asphalt from freezing during transportation, thus achieving the desired effect. (2) Manual spraying: This function enables the spraying of asphalt through a hand-held nozzle, offering flexibility and convenience, suitable for small-scale construction scenarios. (3) Large circulation: This feature allows hot asphalt to flow through the entire spraying pipeline, melting any residual asphalt in the pipes, heating and clearing the pipeline, preparing for the next stage of automatic spraying. (4) Automatic spraying: This is the main function of the vehicle. The spraying amount can be set as needed, and then the control system can automatically adjust the speed of the asphalt pump to achieve the desired spraying amount. The intelligent design is user-friendly and easy to master.
