What to note when using tarpaulins?
1. Regularly air out the tarpaulin that has been stored for a long time to prevent the growth of mold, which can definitely impact the lifespan of the tarpaulin.
2. First, thoroughly study the instructions for the use of canvas. Then proceed with the installation, paying close attention to the details of the setup, such as whether the fastenings are secure and properly positioned. The calculation unit for canvas fabric density is metric, referring to the number of warp and weft threads per 10cm. The density directly affects the appearance, feel, thickness, strength, flexibility, breathability, wear resistance, and thermal insulation of the fabric, and it also relates to the product's cost and the efficiency of production.

What are the characteristics of using plastic tarpaulins?
When it comes to its features, the first that comes to mind is its convenience, available in various colors, and the supply of polyethylene (PE) tarpaulins allows customers to choose according to their needs. What's important is its lightweight nature, and the PE tarpaulins also offer water resistance and tear resistance, effectively preventing contamination or damage from rain or moisture, making use more convenient. Its anti-aging shelf life is longer, reducing wear and tear and storage issues. In addition to these advantages, it also has UV-resistant properties.

How to Use Tarpaulins to Extend Their Lifespan?
Tarpaulin is laid over the length (with the girth ropes facing outward), with the girth ropes on one side of the platform. Tie the corner ropes: Tighten two corner ropes at each end of the tarpaulin to form a triangle shape with the corners facing outward. Flatten the edges of the tarpaulin and fold them towards the truck's end wall. Polyethylene (PE) tarpaulins are tightly wrapped around the vehicle ends, passing through the rope tensioners, carry hooks, or handbrake rods inside, and pulled tight in an X shape. The PE tarpaulin manufacturer ties them separately to the T-shaped irons at both ends of the vehicle.
Generally, a standard tarpaulin measures 6 meters in length and 4 meters in width, primarily made of cotton with some additional materials added. Such a tarpaulin typically costs around 100 yuan, but prices may fluctuate due to varying market demand and conditions in different regions. Often, prices can be even lower. Additionally, density and weight per square meter are significant factors affecting the price of tarpaulins.
