I. Overview
The DWF-10E Constant Current Locatable Large Flow Dust Sampler is a patented instrument independently developed and manufactured by Yancheng Dewang Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. It is designed to collect total dust and respirable dust in the air, suitable for fixed-point dust sampling of occupational hazards in workplaces, as well as metal dust particles. It is also applicable to routine and emergency monitoring of environmental atmosphere, public health, and occupational health.
The Constant-Current Positionable Large-Flow Dust Sampler is mainly composed of: operating system, intelligent control system, air pump, flow measurement system, and positioning data upload module. It can continuously operate for over 8 hours on a single charge, convenient for sampling tasks. The instrument features real-time display of flow rate, sampling volume, sampling time, temperature, atmospheric pressure, and battery level. It is compact in structure, small in size, lightweight, durable, with strong load-bearing capacity, stable and accurate flow rate, and low noise. It is portable for easy use during sampling.

③ Timed sampling, set the sampling time, and the sampling stops once the time is reached.
④ Constant-volume sampling (1000L), set the sampling volume.
12. (1) Lock Function: The panel lock feature prevents changes to the settings during the pump's operation.
12 (2) Flow Fault Correction: Fault alarm function display activates when flow variation exceeds ±5% within the specified back pressure range.
After 30 seconds, the error cannot be corrected, and the pump will cease operation.
12 (3) The extra-large LCD screen displays: flow rate, sampling time, sampling volume, back pressure, battery estimated sampling time, date, time, operation mode, and remaining battery power.
