Operating Principle:
This pump model is a positive displacement impeller pump, which operates through the centrifugal sliding of the vanes. The flow rate is related to the shaft speed. The stator's internal surface is made of a domestic composite curve. The stator, along with the rotor, baffles, and vanes, forms ten sealed chambers. Due to the stator's curved surface being composite, as the rotor rotates, the volume of the inlet chamber gradually increases, creating a negative pressure to produce suction, thus drawing in the oil. After the rotor rotates a certain angle, the volume section gradually decreases, squeezing out the oil. There is a sealing block between the suction and pressure oil chambers. The vanes are tightly fitted against the stator's internal surface due to centrifugal force and the two baffle structures, ensuring normal operation of the pump under rated conditions.
