I. Overview:
YAB SeriesLiquid anPumps are newly developed products by our company, based on the analysis and research of similar foreign products, primarily used for conveying.Liquid anAnhydrous Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Dimethylamine, Epoxy ResinCyperusButadiene and other similar volatile liquids are widely used in the gas, oil, chemical, and metallurgy industries. The pump's sealing rings and vanes are made using foreign formulations, offering high corrosiveness, toughness, and strength. The pump housing is made of high-density alloy cast iron, which is highly polished after processing, ensuring no leakage of the liquid. The pump's features include excellent sealing, high and stable pressure.

III. Working Principle:
This pump type is a volumetric impeller pump, which operates through the centrifugal sliding of its blades. Flow rate is related to the shaft's rotational speed. The stator inner surface is made of a composite curve. The stator, rotor, baffles, and blades form ten sealed chambers. Due to the stator's composite curve surface, as the rotor rotates, the inlet chamber volume gradually increases, creating a vacuum and suction to draw in liquid 'an'. After the rotor rotates a certain angle, the volume section gradually decreases, pushing out the liquid 'an'. There is a sealing block between the suction and pressure oil chambers to separate them. The blades are tightly fitted to the stator inner curve by centrifugal force and the two baffle structures, allowing the pump to operate normally under rated conditions.
