2. Schedule regular recordings of the electric pump's load current and unbalance. Most failures in electric pumps will reflect as a sharp increase in the stator winding current, causing the motor to overheat.

3. Timely record the infusion temperature in the pipeline to ensure the actual infusion temperature is lower than or equal to the temperature specified on the label. This prevents the electric pump from operating at an overtemperature state for extended periods, thereby reducing the lifespan of the motor.

4. Regularly record the pressure gauge readings at the inlet and outlet of the electric pump. The reading on the inlet gauge must not be less than zero. The difference between the pressure gauge readings at the outlet and the inlet must meet the pressure values specified on the label.

5. Before each use, the electric pump must be vented once. During long-term operation, it is necessary to vent every week, as the pump runs for extended periods, causing water molecules to stir and collide at high speeds within the electric pump. Additionally, the medium being transported carries a certain temperature, leading to the formation of liquid sludge.

6. Pay attention to the smell, vibration, and noise of the electric pump; excessive heat can cause the motor windings to emit a burning insulation smell. General mechanical failures are often reflected as vibration and noise. Therefore, upon discovering any abnormalities, power off the equipment immediately for inspection.

7. Regularly inspect the electric pump's circulating fluid pathway and filter device for any blockage.

8. Regularly measure the clearance between the graphite bearings and shaft sleeves to ensure uniform spacing between the stator shielding sleeve and the rotor shielding sleeve for reliable operation.

9. Regularly inspect the clearance between the impeller and the pump housing, as this clearance directly affects the performance of the electric pump. Generally, if the gap exceeds 1.5mm, it is recommended to replace the impeller. In special cases, repair techniques can also be used to improve it.
