Stacked box shell type sealant
Shell molding process (coated sand, cold box sand) has the advantage of high yield, but with an increase in the number of boxes or larger molds, it's easy for iron to leak between boxes. Generally, fixtures are used, but they don't always completely solve the problem. Steel shot embedding requires equipment investment. At this point, it's usually possible to apply adhesive, but it's labor-intensive and time-consuming.
Our sealant has a low viscosity, making it extremely convenient to use. Simply brush it on with a brush, and after it sets, it forms a film that can be directly cast onto. Customers have provided positive feedback, highlighting its high cost-performance ratio.
