1. Galvanized steel ladder platforms have no limitations on their shape and size in terms of length. Generally, the width is 240mm or 250mm, and the height is 65mm, 50mm, or 45mm. The allowable shape and size tolerance of the steel ladder platform is: the length should not exceed 3mm, the width should not exceed 2.0mm, and the height should not exceed 1.0mm.

2. Hole diameter (12mm x 18mm), hole spacing (30.5mm x 40mm), surface perforations turned outward with a flange of 2mm, and flange height of 1.5mm. The diameter tolerance of the anti-slip holes on the plate surface should not exceed 1.0mm, the distance tolerance of the round holes should not exceed 2.0mm, and the flange height tolerance should not exceed 0.5mm.

3. The bending angle of steel ladder edges should ideally be maintained at 90°, with deviations not exceeding 2°.

4. The steel ladder platform should be flat, with a deflection not exceeding 5.0mm. The platform features triangular grooves with good stability, a more scientifically designed and pressure-resistant alternative to the trapezoidal grooves found in the third-generation hot-dipped galvanized ladders.

5. Steel Ladder Corner Warping Error: Place the steel ladder on a standardized flat surface, and the arbitrary angle of the corners should not exceed 5.0mm.

6. The inner circular arc radius at the steel ladder's folded edge should be less than 4.0mm.
