Panels and support bases are individually molded in one step. The support base features a checkered pattern, with the top surface's reinforcing ribs extending in an arched crisscross pattern. The bottom and top sides are nested together to form a single unit, reinforced with screws for enhanced fit. It is designed for four-way forklift access, suitable for stacking and shelving. For ease of transportation, the top and bottom can be separated for shipping, saving space and transportation costs.
