When installing flame-retardant wire for coal mines, it must be sealed and processed strictly according to the process. Intermediate joints must use a sealed structure with a metal copper shell and an additional PE or PVC insulation and corrosion-resistant layer. Ensure the integrity of the sealant in the field construction to effectively guarantee the joint's sealing and waterproof performance.
Mineral wire can also be customized according to customer requirements (e.g., steel tape armored, steel wire armored).
Twisted pair cables are composed of four pairs of copper conductors, each insulated and twisted together, encased within an insulating sheath. They reduce interference caused by noise and suppress signal attenuation within the cable. With the use of twisted pair cables, it's convenient to add or remove a computer from the network without interrupting its operation. Network maintenance is also straightforward; if a cable fails, it will only affect the computer or device connected to that specific twisted pair, and will not result in a network shutdown. However, the use of twisted pair cables necessitates the addition of a hub or switch in the network.
