3) The fixture utilizes automatic centering technology tailored to the busbar layout, ensuring the pressing head applies pressure to the optimal force point, securely holding the workpiece for one-time automatic clamping.
4) Utilizes a booster structure for the press head, ensuring more stable workpiece clamping and improved surface finish.
5) Designed specifically for busbar arrangement, a specialized welding body is crafted to increase the main shaft and guide rail sizes, enhancing machining rigidity and precision. The X and Y axes can be used in conjunction to process various trajectories. For the Z-axis, a suitable tool is selected based on the different arrangement thicknesses for initial fine adjustment, which is a one-time adjustment and requires no subsequent intervention. The tools feature an international standard BT40 collet and are equipped with an automatic tool changer, making tool changes simple and quick.
6) The machine features high-precision ball screws and linear guides tailored to busbar layouts. It employs heavy-duty large-size linear guides, ball screws, and nuts to ensure superior rigidity of the moving parts, reduce vibration and noise, and enhance workpiece quality.
