1: If there is a phenomenon of belt deviation, adjust the tensioning shaft at one end of the driven shaft slowly. Remember not to adjust quickly, as it may cause the belt edge to be scraped.

2: If the conveyor belt is experiencing a vibration, inspect for rust or sticking on the conveyor frame and idlers within the conveyor tunnel, and adjust one by one.

3: If the chain-driven conveyor belt jumps or operates unevenly, check if the drive shaft sprockets at both ends are synchronized and if the tooth ends are excessively worn.
