Design Requirements

·         The structure of the building should be sufficiently robust to withstand the impact and pressure of explosions. Walls, roofs, and floors should be constructed with non-flammable and explosion-proof materials, such as reinforced concrete.

·         Imports and exports should be located outdoors to minimize the risk of internal explosions and their impact on the surrounding environment.

Material Composition

Construction Requirements

·         Prior to construction, any uneven surfaces on the ground, ceilings, and walls where the skeletal framework is to be installed must be repaired. In advance, according to the design, mark the specific locations of the top or ground skeletal frameworks on the ground and ceiling where the lines are drawn. Also, mark the positions of doors, windows, sanitary facilities, pipes, and all opening locations.

·         When installing explosion-proof walls and fixing explosion-proof plates, strictly follow the design drawings and consider the actual construction conditions. For the corresponding panels, perform sawing, cutting, and drilling treatments, focusing on the two long sides of the panels. Explosion-proof walls are generally made up of:9.5mm Explosion-proof plate+Cold-formed equal-channel steel or square steel+9.5mm Explosion-proof plate+Inner filled 150 Thick rock wool board, with square steel structural pillars on both sides of doors and windows.
