I. Application
Screw conveyors, commonly known as augers, are equipment that use rotating spiral shaft blades to push and transport materials. They feature a simple structure, reliable operation, and are easy to handle and maintain.
Two, the main structure also operates
The screw conveyor is composed of a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, coupling, (or sprocket and chain), screw shaft, intermediate hanger, bearing base, trough, and support. The reducer and coupling drive the screw shaft to rotate, allowing the material entering the screw housing to move along the trough without rotating with the screw due to its own gravity and friction with the housing, thereby achieving smooth material conveying.
Section 2, 219 Tube-Type Spiral Conveyors with Axle Performance Parameters
Hengtai Machinery's 219 tube-type shafted spiral conveyors are all made of national standard seamless pipes, with materials including carbon steel, manganese steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and 310L stainless steel.
Shell thickness is generally 6mm, with increased thickness required for abrasive materials. Blades are made of 16Mn steel, with thickness ranging from 4mm to 12mm, custom-cut according to customer requirements. Blade diameter is 187mm, pitch is 180mm, allowing an inclination angle of 60 degrees. Vertical usage height should not exceed 6 meters, and the maximum conveying distance is 25 meters. A middle suspension bearing is added every 3 meters, which has been significantly improved over the previous model. The main material for the suspension bearing is chilled cast iron, which is highly wear-resistant and has good practical performance, generally requiring no lubrication or maintenance. The working temperature can reach up to 260°C. Particularly suitable for conveying materials like cement, coal powder, fly ash, quicklime, slag, etc. The drive usually employs a cycloidal reducer, and the motor is a first-brand model. Both the motor and reducer can be customized according to customer needs.
