HMC Type Pulse-jet Single Machine Bag Filter Dust Collector Product Introduction: The HMC Type Pulse-jet Single Machine Bag Filter Dust Collector is a compact bag filter dust collector designed by our company after absorbing and improving the advanced technology of similar foreign products. It employs high-pressure (0.5-0.7 MPa) large-flow pulse valves to spray clean the filter bags individually, featuring high cleaning kinetic energy and efficiency compared to other domestic single machines. It is also characterized by its small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter type). It is widely used in dust gas purification and treatment systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemicals, coal, and ultra-fine powder processing of non-metallic minerals, and is an ideal equipment for environmental protection and dust removal.
Operating Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the inlet or through an open flange into the filter bag chamber. The dust-laden gas passes through the filter bags to become clean air, which then enters the clean air chamber and is exhausted by the fan. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the dust collector to rise continuously. To ensure the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa, allowing the bag dust collector to continue operating, the dust on the filter bags must be removed regularly. The cleaning process is initiated by a programmable controller, which sequentially triggers the solenoid valve to release compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) through the nozzle holes (known as the primary air). This air is then induced into the filter bag by a Venturi tube, drawing in several times the amount of surrounding air (known as the secondary air). This causes the filter bags to expand abruptly, and the reverse airflow dislodges the dust, achieving the cleaning objective.
