The DX-150 full digital Gaussmeter/Teslameter is suitable for applications requiring general high precision and high resolution magnetic field testing. It is a high-precision intelligent instrument designed and manufactured by us, serving as an intelligent solution for traditional pointer and digital indicator Gauss/Teslameters. Utilizing microprocessor technology, it offers high refresh rates, simple panel, and full menu operation, with a 6-digit resolution reading, high resolution of 1/60,000, enabling you to observe even the slightest 0.1Gs changes in high magnetic field measurements. The range is 30KG (3T), featuring a large-capacity data storage and reading capability that can be queried by storage time. It is suitable for AC and DC magnetic field measurements, with digital interface output (real-time), a wide range of instruction sets, and the option to add industrial control interfaces. It provides high-speed data acquisition software (50-300 times/second) for professional field plotting.
Application Scope:
Surface magnetic field of permanent magnetic materials, AC/DC motors, speakers, magnetic separators, and the working magnetic field of permanent magnet magnetizing machines. Gap and slot magnetic fields within the magnetic circuit, and applicable for detecting residual magnetic fields on items after mechanical processing. Measurement of magnetic field distribution, residual magnetic field after product demagnetization, control of magnetic properties of electroplated items, detection of motor magnetism, leakage magnetic field of electromagnetic fields, and various other magnetic field induction strengths. Also capable of detecting environmental magnetic fields and electromagnetic radiation fields from electrical products. Optional industrial control interfaces for automated control.
