This equipment is divided into an electric traction section and a working section. The electric traction section operates the working section through a steel cable.

3.Select appropriate upper and lower knives based on the wire rope diameter.

4.Adjust剥头机：① Confirm whether the upper and lower blades are parallel. ② The pressure roller is aligned vertically with the lower blade. ③ The horizontal distance between the upper and lower blades is equal to the wire rope spacing (loosen the bolt on the upper blade clamp to move the position of the upper blade). ④After the actuating mechanism is tightened, adjust the distance between the pressure roller and lower blade with the adjusting bolt. Ensure the wire rope head剥is evenly distributed up and down.
5.Hold with the blade down Rope core, with the operating mechanism clamped, the electric traction machine's cutting tool moves to uniformly strip the rubber from the rope.
6.Hold the upper blade against two steel wire ropes and the lower blade against one, tighten the operating mechanism, start the electric traction machine, and the blade will uniformly peel off the rubber from the steel wire ropes, peeling off one by one from the inside.
