1. The three-way分流器 is suitable for various bulk materials such as ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products with a bulk density of ≤2.5t/m3. When used in corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced. In explosion-proof areas, the XDGB type electro-hydraulic push rod or DYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotary drive can be used.
2. The A & B type Tee Diverters can directly connect the top flange to the bottom of the hopper on the conveyor head or to the feeding interface of other equipment. The C, D, and E type Tee Diverters are connected in the same manner, but they are generally used under conditions of a heap density ≤ 2.8t/m3, with high abrasiveness and harsh working environments. Their structure and dimensions are larger (the liner is also thicker), resulting in a heavier weight. Additional support is required when in use. The A, B, C, D, and E type Tee Diverters can all achieve bidirectional material switching and分流.
