Electro-hydraulic Three-way Diverting Valve Brief Introduction
1. The three-way diverter is suitable for various bulk materials such as ore, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products with a bulk density of ≤2.5t/m3. When used under corrosive or high-temperature conditions, the material of the gate can be replaced. In explosion-proof areas, the XDGB type electro-hydraulic actuator or DYQB type explosion-proof electro-hydraulic rotating drive can be used.
2. The A & B type Tee Diverters can directly connect the upper flange to the bottom of the hopper on the conveyor head or to the discharge interface of other equipment. The C, D, and E type Tee Diverters are connected in the same manner, but they are generally used under conditions of a bulk density ≤ 2.8t/m3, with high abrasiveness and harsh working environments. Due to their larger structural dimensions (including thicker liners), they are heavier and require additional support based on actual conditions.
