Steel Mill Ore Gape Valve Electro-hydraulic Gape Gate Hopper Discharge Dust Valve
Pilot gates are composed of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. They are made by welding carbon steel and feature a structure. Operates flexibly and reliably with no jamming issues. Different transmission devices can meet various operational requirements. Electric gate valves use electric actuators with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with adjustable reciprocating stroke for position locking. Hydraulic gate valves utilize hydraulic actuators for full hydraulic transmission, enabling stepless speed adjustment for both pushing and pulling forces. Pneumatic gate valves use pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through accessory combinations.
Operating Principle
The palate gate utilizes an electro-hydraulic push rod with full hydraulic transmission, allowing for variable speed adjustment of both thrust and pull forces. A handwheel or actuator pushes the lever, causing the gear to rotate the sector gate around the axis, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Usage Instructions
The palatal gate should first be installed with attention to the marked medium flow direction on the gate body. When connecting the flanges, add sealing washers and then tighten the bolts evenly. Secondly, during operation, identify the opening and closing direction of the gate leaf and ensure the actuator is properly wired. That is, during operation... Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts to extend the lifespan of the labial valve. Improper operation will increase the degree of wear on the labial valve.
Application
Lip gate valves are suitable for bulk density≤2.5t/m³ various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, and other loose materials, widely used in the bottom unloading of warehouses for construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, glass, and other industries.
