Section 1: Principle of Operation of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve can be manually operated or actuated by an actuator to move a lever, which in turn drives a gear to rotate a sector gate plate around its axis. This causes the two sector gate plates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate plate, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.

Section 2:鄂式 Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂type gate valve consists of components such as the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. By manually operating or using the actuator to push the lever, the gears are driven to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, causing the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Operating Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then evenly tighten the bolts.

2. During operation, please identify the direction of the butterfly valve switch and correctly wire the actuator.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
