Operating Principle:
The gate valve consists of components such as the main body, a sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and the actuating mechanism. By manually operating or through the actuating mechanism, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, thereby opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism again moves the lever to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Instructions for Use:
l Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, it is essential to add a sealing gasket, then evenly tighten the bolts.
l Ensure you identify the direction of the butterfly valve switch during operation, and correctly wire the actuator.
l Please regularly lubricate all drive components during operation.
