2. Seal Effectiveness:
Anti-spill apron features a double-sealed one-piece structure of straight board + apron edge, the straight board tightly adheres to the side of the material guide slot, and the bottom contacts the belt to prevent material overflow; the apron edge is flipped outwards, which can The angle rotates, propelled by the rubber plate's elasticity, automatically tracks the belt, maintaining tight contact at all times, offering excellent sealing performance.
3. The skirt board's sealing edge is designed with a single-sided curved transition. In case of belt misalignment, it won't damage the belt or the skirt edge and can automatically return to its original position.
4. Each side skirt of the material guide channel is made as a single unit, matching the length of the channel, to prevent air leakage at the seam.

Quickly secure the skirt panel with angle aluminum and clamps.
1. Angle aluminum (40mm x 40mm) is formed in one pressing, made of full aluminum, with a beautiful appearance and no rust. Its top is a round column, securely locked in the clamp, and does not fall off.
2. The clamp base is welded outside the side of the guiding groove, with the slide channel extending into the base, allowing the clamp to move appropriately left and right along the base.
3. Rotate the manual tightening handle and push it all the way down (up) when appropriate, applying sufficient pressure to the diagonal aluminum to maintain the skirt panel position, without the handle becoming loose or falling off.
4. The clamps are made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, lightweight, with excellent corrosion resistance and no rust.
5. The bolts are made of 304 stainless steel for tightening. Rust-resistant, suitable for use in dark, humid environments, even brief water rinsing.
