The DYT series new electric-hydraulic push rod (also known as electro-hydraulic push rod or push rod) is manufactured by our company. This product is suitable for reciprocating push/pull linear (or reciprocating rotation) operations.  (Angle) movement, also suitable for applications requiring lifting, lowering, or clamping of workpieces, and can be used for centralized or programmed control from a distance, in high altitudes, and hazardous areas. This product has the following advantages compared to electric actuators, cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders:

1. Can start under load, while electric actuator is difficult.

2. Features overload protection capability; will not damage the motor and components.

3. The same electro-hydraulic push rod can adjust its thrust and pull force infinitely, thus offering a wide driving force range, which is something that electric push rods and cylinders cannot achieve.

4. Under the same thrust and speed, the electric power consumption is significantly less than that of electric actuators.

5. Utilizes full hydraulic transmission, offering sensitive operation and smooth running, effectively cushioning external impacts. The stroke control is precise, a feature that neither cylinders nor electric push rods can achieve.

6. Utilizes an integrated, fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed cylinder, featuring a compact design, no oil leakage, and ease of installation and maintenance. Under harsh working conditions, it does not attract dust, allow water entry, and prevents internal corrosion, offering a longer service life than pneumatic cylinders and electric push rods.   。

7. Low investment required; cylinder needs a mining station, hydraulic cylinder requires a hydraulic station, while the electro-hydraulic actuator requires no auxiliary equipment.

Bib Gate[2]During installation, please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body. When connecting the flanges, a sealing gasket must be added, followed by evenly tightening the bolts.

Next, please identify the switch direction of the butterfly valve during operation and ensure the actuator is properly wired. It's crucial to regularly lubricate all transmission parts during operation to extend the lifespan of the plate valve.

Improper operation can increase the wear on the palate valve.
