Electro-hydraulic actuators are widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, machinery, transportation, grain, chemical industry, cement, water conservancy, building materials, and transportation sectors, serving as a universal power source.Electro-hydraulic actuator working principle: An electro-hydraulic push rod is a new type of integrated flexible transmission mechanism that combines mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic elements. It consists of the actuator (cylinder), control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group), and power source (pump motor, etc.). Depending on the installation space on-site and the user's application, the electro-hydraulic push rod can come in various structural forms (specific dimensions can be seen in the electro-hydraulic push rod's external dimension drawing; custom styles are also available upon user request). The motor drives a bidirectional hydraulic pump in both directions to output pressure oil, via the hydraulic system. The control valve sends fluid to the hydraulic cylinder, also realizing the reciprocating movement of the piston rod. The electro-hydraulic push rod structure consists mainly of a pressure relief valve, a one-way oil inlet valve, a flow control valve (as per customer requirement), a directional control valve (hydraulic lock), etc. It can also be designed with different functional circuit combination valves according to the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic push rod to meet its operational requirements. Generally, there are push-out and pull-in self-locking options, as well as push-pull self-locking options. Operating speeds include adjustable and non-adjustable types. The working angles of the electro-hydraulic push rod include horizontal push, upward push (including diagonal upward), and downward push (including diagonal). Downward) and other types.

Structural Features
The plow head can be single or double. The front blade is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, while the rear blade is crafted from high-density polyethylene plate. Both blades are interchangeable, offering clean unloading and tape protection.
2. The plow lock device has been significantly improved. The locking is reliable, the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and it can be adjusted for the plow's height, positioned close to the belt, with no material leakage.
3. The drive unit employs an electro-hydraulic push rod. It realizes mechanical and electrical integration, with a fully sealed oil circuit that can withstand harsh working conditions. Depending on customer requirements, we can provide either a manual/hydraulic push rod with three functions or a mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic push rod.
4. Employing a deformation roller assembly in sync with the electro-hydraulic push rod mechanism, a single working cycle of the push rod completes the automatic transformation from V-shaped to flat and back to V-shaped.
5. Motor protection ratings are determined by the environment; for flammable and explosive conditions, use an IP54 motor.
