The DYT series hydraulic push rods are suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) motion, and can be used in applications where objects need to be lifted, lowered, or clamped. They are also ideal for long-distance and high-altitude hazardous areas and can be networked with computers for centralized (programmed) control. Principles and Functions:
1. Principle of Operation: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor. By rotating the motor in either direction, it drives the hydraulic oil to be outputted as pressure oil through a bidirectional gear pump. The oil then flows through an integrated block to the working cylinder, achieving reciprocating movement of the piston rod.
2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic actuator, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit will rise to the set pressure, and the overflow valve will quickly and accurately discharge, thereby achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is still rotating, it will never be damaged.
3. Locking Function: The hydraulic push rod's oil circuit integrated block is designed with a pressure locking mechanism. When the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately stays at a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-holding state.
4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range, as per customer requirements.
5. Push and pull forces can be infinitely adjusted within the designated output power range, as per customer requirements.
6. Can be infinitely adjusted within the designated travel range as per customer requirements.
Comparison with Similar Products
Electro-hydraulic push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:
1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, allowing the motor to operate normally even under overload or at the end of travel, without damaging other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators simply can't compare.
2. Hydraulic push rods can be started under load, whereas it is quite difficult for electric push rods and electric actuators.
