Structural Features
1. Utilizes a split hydraulic cylinder actuator, offering high driving force, simple overall structure, smooth operation, low failure rate, and quick material flow cutoff.
2. The bilateral drive design ensures greater flexibility and reliability during the opening and closing of the gate, resolving the issue of the gate being jammed or stuck when using the original single-side drive.
3. By utilizing a power pack and two actuating cylinders for transmission, it significantly reduces the lateral space required and the instability of structural fixation during installation that was commonly associated with the original electro-hydraulic push rod drive.
4. Easy installation: Simply fix the electro-hydraulic actuator directly onto the gate body. It can be mounted as a component directly on the bottom of the material storage, eliminating the hassle of on-site positioning for users. Additionally, it is compatible with other gates of the same diameter and type.
5. Compared to the standard type of sector gate, the cost of use and maintenance is lower.
