Plow Coal Cylinder, Electric Actuator, Large Gate Valve Cylinder

The DYT series of new electric hydraulic push rods (commonly referred to as electro-hydraulic push rods or rods) are manufactured by our company. This product is suitable for reciprocating pushes and pulls, straight-line (or reciprocating rotational) operations.  Angular motion, also suitable for applications requiring lifting, lowering, or clamping of workpieces, and can be used for centralized or programmed control in distant, high-altitude, and hazardous areas. Widely used in metallurgy. Electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, and transportation sectors are common sources of power. Compared to electric actuators, cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders, this product has the following advantages:

1. Can start under load, while electric rods are challenging.

2. Features overload protection, preventing damage to the motor and components.

3. The same electro-hydraulic push rod can infinitely adjust its thrust and pull force, thus offering a wide driving force range, which is unattainable by electric push rods and cylinders.

4. At the same thrust and speed, the electrical power consumption is significantly less than that of electric actuators.

5. Utilizing full hydraulic transmission, it offers sensitive operation and smooth running, effectively absorbing external impact forces. The stroke control is precise, a feature that neither cylinders nor electric push rods can achieve.

6. Engineered with an integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic full-sealed structure, the working oil circuit circulates within a pressureless enclosed cylinder筒. It boasts a compact design, leak-proof, and is easy to install and maintain. In harsh working conditions, it doesn't suck in dust or water, doesn't rust internally, and has a longer service life than pneumatic cylinders and electric push rods.   。

7. Low investment required; cylinder needs a mining station, hydraulic cylinder requires a hydraulic station, while the electro-hydraulic actuator needs no auxiliary equipment.

Section II: Working Principle

1. An electro-hydraulic push rod is a new type of integrated electro-hydraulic flexible transmission mechanism. It consists of an actuating mechanism (cylinder), a control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group), and a pressure source (pump, motor, etc.). Depending on the size of the field space, electro-hydraulic push rods mainly have four structural forms (refer to model coding). The motor, pump, hydraulic control valve, and cylinder can be mounted on the same axis or different axes as needed. By connecting the motor power supply, the reciprocating motion of the cylinder piston rod is achieved by controlling the motor's forward and reverse rotation, which in turn outputs pressurized oil from the bidirectional pump through the hydraulic control valve.

2. The hydraulic control valve assembly is mainly composed of overflow valves, hydraulic check valves, etc. It can also be designed with different functional oil circuit combination valves based on the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic actuator to meet its operational requirements. Generally, there are self-locking for pushing out, pulling back, or both; the overall actuator can be used horizontally, upward, or downward.
