Electro-mechanical/Electro-hydraulic Push Rod Sliding Gate Plate

　　1. Principle of Operation: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor, which, through forward (reverse) rotation, drives the hydraulic oil to be output as pressure oil via a bidirectional gear pump. The oil then travels through an integrated oil circuit block to the working cylinder, thereby achieving reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic actuator, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit increases to the set pressure. Low investment but requires expensive air compressor stations for cylinder installation, with vulnerable air pipelines prone to leaks, unstable pressure, and high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders necessitate the construction of hydraulic stations, while electro-hydraulic actuators can be put to use simply by connecting to the power supply.

　　8. Easy to repair.   In such cases, the electro-hydraulic push rod can simply be replaced, whereas the hydraulic cylinder requires a thorough investigation of the fault cause before a meticulous repair can be carried out, which will affect the normal operation of the entire work.
