I.鄂式阀 Operating Principle:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives the gears to rotate a sector gate around its axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, such as various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in industries like construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.

Section II:鄂式阀 Structural Characteristics:

The鄂式闸阀 consists of the main body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. The lever is manually or actuator-driven, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.
