Operating Principle:

      The gate is composed of the main body, sector gate, shaft, gears, sealing pairs, and actuating mechanism. A hand or actuating mechanism pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing the cutoff of falling material.

Instructions for Use:

l        Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, it is essential to add sealing washers, then evenly tighten the bolts.

l        Please identify the switch direction of the butterfly plate during operation, and ensure the actuator is properly wired.

l        Please regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
