Structure

The electric push rod is composed of a drive motor, reducer gears, screw, guide sleeve, push rod, sliding seat, spring, housing, connector, and stroke switch. It features a compact structure, sensitive operation, and easy installation.

 WorkerOperating Principle 

Electromagnetic rods are powered by an electric motor, which, after variable speed, drives the screw螺旋副 to produce linear motion. As the inner tube of the rod and the nut are fixed, equipment is connected to the rod through a joint on the inner tube to drive the operation. The motor's forward and reverse rotations produce extending or retracting movements, which is the working principle of the electromagnetic rod. Under reasonable electrical power matching, the size of the force exerted by the electromagnetic rod is determined by the spring. The electromagnetic rod drives the equipment, and due to various factors, it may encounter obstacles or reach the ends during operation. Location, the inner tube of the push rod remains stationary, while the screw can still rotate, then the screw has potential       In the opposite direction of the push rod's inner tube, as the structure shows, the screw drives the slider to overcome the set spring force, actuating the lever, pressing the limit switch, and shutting off the power, thus serving as a protective measure. Since the switch is prone to damage, our company has specifically developed a mechanical protection device in conjunction with the electric push rod's structure. This device has a high sensitivity, and during the factory debugging, the mechanical protection force is greater than the electrical protection force.Approximately 500N, so these two protective devices can effectively and reliably protect the push rod itself and the connected equipment.
