The electro-hydraulic scraper unloader is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the plow blade and support the flat roller. The lower edge of the blade conforms to the belt, completing the unloading process. After completion, the frame retracts, the plow blade is lifted, the deformed roller returns to its trough shape, and the belt resumes its trough shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly.

Structural Features

The plow can be single or double. The front blade is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, while the rear blade is constructed from high-density polyethylene boards. Both blades are interchangeable, offering a design that cleanly discharges material while protecting the conveyor belt.

2. The plow lock mechanism has undergone significant improvements. The locking is reliable, ensuring the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and can be adjusted to change the plow's height.   Prime location near tape, no material leakage.

3. The drive unit employs an electro-hydraulic ram. It achieves mechanical and electrical integration, with a fully sealed oil circuit that can withstand harsh working conditions. Depending on customer requirements, we can provide either a manual/hydraulic three-in-one ram or a mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic ram.

4. The deformed roller assembly operates synchronously with the electro-hydraulic push rod mechanism, where one cycle of the push rod results in the automatic transformation of the roller assembly from trough to flat and back to trough.

5. Motor protection rating is determined by the environment; for flammable and explosive conditions, IP54 motors are used.
