A core adjusting sleeve (3) is installed on the channel steel base (10), the upper core follower (1) and the lower core follower (2) are set on the core adjusting sleeve (3), the drive wheel inspection wheel (4) is mounted on the drive wheel inspection wheel support (8), the fuel tank body and valve block (5) are mounted on the drive wheel inspection wheel support (8) or the belt conveyor frame (9), and the bias adjusting cylinder (6) is mounted on the fuel tank support (7).
