DTI1500/300 Coal Plow Electric Push Rod
Electro-hydraulic push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:
1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, allowing the motor to continue operating normally even under overload or at the end of travel, without damaging or burning other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators are no match for this.
2. Electro-hydraulic push rods can be started under load, whereas it is quite difficult for electric push rods and electric actuators to do so.
3. On the same hydraulic push rod, the thrust and pull force can be infinitely adjusted within its rated range, thus offering a wide driving range, which is not achievable with electric push rods or cylinders.
4. At the same thrust and speed, the electrical-hydraulic actuator consumes half the electrical power of an electric actuator and an electric actuator assembly.
5. The electro-hydraulic push rod utilizes full hydraulic transmission, offering sensitive operation, smooth running, and effectively mitigating external shock forces. It provides accurate stroke control, which is not achievable with cylinders, electric push rods, or electric actuators.
6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features an all-in-one, fully enclosed structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a sealed steel tube without pressure, offering a compact design, no oil leakage, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust and water in harsh environments, prevents internal rusting, and has a longer service life than cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators. 。
7. Low investment, but the air cylinder requires a costly air compressor station, with the risk of frequent leaks in the pressure pipes and unstable pressure, as well as high noise levels; the hydraulic cylinder needs a hydraulic station, while the electro-hydraulic push rod can be used simply by connecting to the same power source.
8. Easy to repair. In such cases, the electro-hydraulic push rod can simply be replaced, whereas the hydraulic cylinder requires a thorough investigation of the fault cause first before careful maintenance can be carried out, which will affect the normal operation of the entire work.
