DYTF700-50-1500/110 Hydraulic-Electric Push Rod, Split-Type Push Rod
The DYT series new type electric hydraulic push rod (abbreviated as electro-hydraulic push rod or push rod) is manufactured by our company. This product is suitable for reciprocating pushing and pulling straight lines (or reciprocating rotation) Angular movement, suitable for applications requiring lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces, and can be used for remote control of high altitudes and hazardous areas. Widely used in metallurgy. Electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, transportation, and other sectors are general power sources. This product has the following advantages compared to electric actuators, cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders:
1. Can be started under load, while electric rods are challenging.
2. Features overload protection, preventing damage to the motor and components.
3. The same electro-hydraulic push rod can infinitely adjust its thrust and pull force, thus offering a wide driving force range, which is unattainable by electric push rods and cylinders.
4. At the same thrust and speed, the electrical energy consumed is significantly less than that of electric actuators.
5. Equipped with full hydraulic transmission, it offers sensitive operation and smooth running, effectively buffering external impacts—a feature that gas cylinders and electric push rods cannot achieve.
6. Utilizes a fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed cylinder, featuring a compact design, no oil leakage, and ease of installation and maintenance. Under harsh working conditions, it does not attract dust, does not allow water entry, and prevents internal corrosion, offering a longer lifespan than pneumatic cylinders and electric push rods. 。
7. Low investment required; reciprocating cylinders need a mining station, hydraulic cylinders need a hydraulic station, but electro-hydraulic actuators require no auxiliary equipment.
Section II: Working Principle
1. An electro-hydraulic push rod is a new type of integrated electro-mechanical-hydraulic flexible transmission mechanism, composed of an actuator (cylinder), a control unit (hydraulic control valve group), and a pressure source (pump, motor, etc.). Depending on the size of the field space, electro-hydraulic push rods mainly come in four structural forms (refer to model numbering). The motor, pump, hydraulic control valve, and cylinder can be aligned on the same axis or mounted on different axes as needed. Powering the motor, by controlling the motor's forward and reverse rotation, the bidirectional pump outputs pressure oil, which is then sent to the cylinder through the hydraulic control valve, thereby achieving reciprocating motion of the cylinder's piston rod.
2. The hydraulic control valve assembly is mainly composed of overflow valves, hydraulic check valves, etc., and can also be designed with different functional circuit combination valves based on the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic actuator to meet its operational requirements. Generally, there are self-locking for push-out, pull-in, and both push and pull; the overall actuator can be used horizontally, upwards, or downwards.
