Application

The gate valve is widely used on pipelines for controlling dust material flow in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and mining, and is an ideal equipment for controlling dust material flow.

Features

Working Principle

The gate is primarily composed of a frame, screw threads and nuts, a handwheel, and a gate plate. Handwheel(Chain Sprocket)The screw thread rotates, causing the screw nut and gate plate to move back and forth horizontally, achieving the purpose of opening and closing the valve.

All types of flat slab gates are of the general type.If it is   Requirements (such as loose special material granules larger than)20mmAt this time, it is necessary to increase the gate plate strength; please specify otherwise.

　　2.Electro-hydraulic push rods for flat gate sets, not including electrical control components by default. Please specify if required at the time of order. (Electrical control diagram for the push rods can be found in the electro-hydraulic push rod section.)
