DTZ500-300-60 Electric Actuator
Electro-hydraulic push rod applications The hydraulic control valve assembly is mainly composed of overflow valves, suction one-way valves, throttle valves, hydraulic lock valves (check valves), etc. Also, according to the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic push rod, different functional oil circuit combination valves can be designed to meet its operational requirements. Generally, there are push-out self-locking, pull-in self-locking, and other functions.
Retractable and sliding both lock automatically; operating speed available in adjustable and non-adjustable types; electrical-hydraulic push rod working angle includes horizontal push, upward push (including)
Several types are available, including upward and downward pushes (including diagonal), etc. The main advantages of electro-hydraulic push rods are as follows:
(1) Compact structure, easy installation, minimal space required, simple maintenance.
(2) Can start under load, equipped with overload protection.
(3) The circuit is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock, allowing it to stop at any position within the specified travel range and automatically lock, while maintaining a constant output force.
(4) Push-pull force and speed (as per customer requirements) are infinitely adjustable with a wide range of driving force.
(5) In case of power failure, the push rod will automatically lock to prevent accidents.
(6) Full hydraulic transmission, sensitive operation, smooth running, effective in cushioning external shock forces, stroke control (≥0.5mm)
(7) Full mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integration in a sealed structure; working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free, sealed steel cylinder, featuring a compact design, oil-tight, and suitable for harsh conditions.
In working conditions, no dust accumulation, no water intrusion, internal rust resistance, long service life.
An electro-hydraulic push rod is a hydraulic actuator that integrates mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic technologies, suitable for applications requiring reciprocating linear (or oscillating rotational) pushing and pulling. Angle motion, also suitable for applications requiring lifting, lowering, or clamping of workpieces, and capable of centralized or automatic control from a distance in hazardous areas. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, power, coal, machinery, transportation, grain, chemicals, cement, water conservancy, building materials, and transportation sectors, it serves as a general power source.
