DYTN Type Electro-Hydraulic Pneumatic Loader (Coal Separation Device)

The electro-hydraulic犁式卸料器 is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the plow blade and support the flat idler roller. The lower edge of the plow blade adheres to the conveyor belt, completing the unloading process. After completion, the frame retracts, the plow blade lifts, the deformed idler roller resumes its trough shape, and the conveyor belt returns to its trough shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly.

Structural Features

The plow can be a single or double plow. The front blade is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, while the rear blade is crafted from high-density polyethylene board. Both blades are replaceable, ensuring clean unloading and protection of the belt.

2. The plow lock mechanism has undergone significant improvements. The locking is reliable, ensuring the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and can be adjusted to change the plow's height.   Prime location close to tape, no material leakage.

3. The drive unit features an electro-hydraulic push rod. It achieves mechanical and electrical integration, with a fully sealed oil circuit that can operate in harsh environments. Depending on customer requirements, we can provide either a manual/electric/hydraulic push rod or a mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic push rod.

4. Utilizing a variable roller assembly in sync with the electro-hydraulic push rod mechanism, a single stroke of the push rod allows the roller assembly to automatically transition from V-shaped to flat and back to V-shaped.

5. Motor protection ratings are determined based on the environment; for flammable and explosive conditions, IP54 motors are used.
