One,    The electric push rod is composed of components such as the motor, reduction gears, screw, copper nut, guide sleeve, piston rod, bearing mounts, bearing mounts, springs, cylinder base, connecting fork, and photoelectric proximity switch unit (optional by customer).
2Operation Principle:
 The motor, after being减速 through a first or second gear, drives the lead screw nut assembly, converting the motor's rotational motion into linear motion. Utilizing the motor's forward and reverse operation, it achieves reciprocating action of the push rod. The output pulling and pushing force is equal. By varying the lengths of various lever arms, the stroke can be extended.3Overload Automatic Protection Function:

One、Principles and Functions

1、Operation Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor, which rotates forward (or reverse) to pump hydraulic oil through a bidirectional gear pump, producing pressure oil. The oil then travels through an integrated oil block to the working cylinder, thereby achieving reciprocating movement of the piston rod.

2、Overload Auto-Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic actuator, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, the motor continues to rotate. At this point, the oil pressure in the oil circuit increases to the set pressure, and the overflow valve rapidly and accurately overflows, achieving overload auto-protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will never overheat and burn out.

3、Self-locking Function: A hydraulic self-locking mechanism is integrated into the oil path block of the electro-hydraulic push rod. Once the motor stops, the piston rod immediately stops at a certain position, and the pressure oil remains in a pressure-holding state.

4、Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range, as per customer requirements.

5、Continuous adjustment of push and pull force within the rated output power range.

6、The stroke can be infinitely adjusted within the specified stroke range by electrical control.

7、Electromagnetic actuators are currently categorized by their rated thrust.12 grades: 25, 100, 300, 500, 700, 1000, 1600, 3200, 5000, 10000, 20000, and 30000 kg, with travel distances of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, and 1300 mm. Each distance offers two speeds: 42 or 84 RPM, 50 or 100 RPM, 26.6 or 53.2 RPM.
