Section 1: Operation Principle of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives the gear to rotate the sector gate around its axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.
