Section 1: Operation Principle of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives the gear to rotate the sector gate around its axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.

Section II:鄂式 Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂style gate valve consists of the body, winged gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. Manually or through the actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the winged gate plate around the shaft axis, opening the two winged gate plates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever again to reset the winged gate plate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3: Heshi Valve Instructions:

Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then evenly tighten the bolts.

2. Please identify the switch direction of the butterfly gate during operation, and connect the actuator correctly.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all传动 parts during operation.
