The globe valve is composed of the main body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. It is formed by carbon steel welding and features a sturdy structure. Operation is flexible and reliable with no jamming issues. Different transmission devices can meet various working conditions. Electric sliding gates are equipped with electric actuators with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with reciprocating travel that can be adjusted for position locking. Hydraulic sliding gates use hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic transmission, enabling stepless speed adjustment for both pushing and pulling forces. Pneumatic sliding gates utilize pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through component combinations.
Working Principle
The palate gate utilizes an electro-hydraulic push rod and is fully hydraulically driven, allowing for stepless adjustment of both thrust and pull forces. Either manually or by the actuating mechanism, the lever is moved, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Application
Purse gate valves are suitable for bulk density≤2.5t/m³ various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, and other loose materials, widely used for bottom unloading in storage for construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, glass, and other industries.
