I.鄂式阀 Operating Principle:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives the gear to rotate the sector gate around its axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The jaw gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products, and is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.

II. Hefei Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂valve consists of the body, a sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. A manual or actuator pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3: H-type Valve Instructions:

Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. Ensure you identify the correct direction of the butterfly valve switch during operation, and properly connect the actuator's wiring.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all drive components during operation.
