Electric Push RodThe motor, after being减速 through gears, drives a pair of screw nuts. It converts the motor's rotational motion into linear motion, utilizing the motor's forward and reverse rotation to complete the push rod action. Complex actions such as rotation and swinging can be achieved through various mechanisms like levers, cranks, or rods. By adjusting the lever arm length, the stroke can be increased or decreased. The stroke control device uses a worm and worm gear mechanism: the worm on the motor's gear drives the worm gear, causing the small screw inside to move axially. The connecting plate then moves the limit rod axially until the desired stroke is reached. At this point, adjusting the limit block to press the stroke switch cuts off power, stopping the motor (the control is the same for forward and reverse). The gear drive mechanism: the motor of the electric push rod, after being减速 through gears, drives the small screw installed in the inner tube, which in turn moves the nut connected for axial operation. When the set stroke is reached, the nut's tip presses the limit switch, cutting off power, stopping the motor (the reverse operation is the same). Optional positioners can be added to display the stroke status of the push rod, and encoders can be included to achieve the entire stroke in several steps (i.e., stop and go).
