I. Overview:

　PZ Series Electric-Hydraulic Push Rod Plate Gate (abbreviated as Electric-Hydraulic Push Rod) is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) pushing and pulling.  Angle movement, primarily used for controlling the flow and conveying quantity of powdered, granular, and granule materials, as well as small pieces. Suitable for long-distance and high-altitude hazardous areas, and capable of being networked with computers for centralized (programmed) control. II. Principle and Function:

　　1. Operating Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor. Through the motor's forward (reverse) rotation, hydraulic oil is pressurized and output via a bidirectional gear pump. It then travels through an oil path module to the working cylinder, where it enables the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

　　2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit will increase to the set pressure. The overflow valve then quickly and accurately discharges, achieving overload automatic protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will not be damaged.

　　3. Self-locking Function: The hydraulic push rod's oil circuit module is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. Once the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains stationary.  The position, the pressure oil is in a pressure-holding state.

　　4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range according to customer requirements.

　　5. Force can be infinitely adjusted, within the designated output range, according to customer requirements.

　　6. Offer customizable travel range adjustment within the designated limits to meet customer requirements.

Section 3: Comparison with Similar Products:

Electro-hydraulic push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:

　　1. Boasts reliable overload auto-protection performance, ensuring the motor continues to operate normally even under overload or at the end of its stroke, without damaging or burning out other components. Electric actuators and execution mechanisms simply can't compete.

　　2. Hydraulic cylinders can be started under load, whereas electric cylinders and actuators find it quite challenging.

Low investment, but expensive to build an air compressor station for the cylinders, which are prone to leakage in the pressure pipes, causing unstable air pressure and high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders require a hydraulic station, while electro-hydraulic actuators only need to be connected to power to be used.

　　8. Easy to repair.   In such cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator can simply be replaced, whereas the hydraulic cylinder requires a thorough investigation of the fault cause before meticulous repairs can be conducted, which will affect the normal operation of the entire system.
